Kundalini Awakening Shaktipat
SHAKTIPAT DEEKSHA
Shaktipat is transmission of energy from an enlightened Siddha to activate the dormant Kundalini of another. Literally it means Descent of Grace and is an ancient yogic initiation (Siddha Mahayoga). It is a direct and safest approach for activating the Kundalini and clearing blocks in its path, leading to an inner unfolding of awareness and higher states of consciousness.
A three day intensive is now coming to Bangalore in February, exploring the mystery of Kundalini, its activation & sustenance for realisation of the true Self.

THE SESSIONS
The evening begins with introduction to kundalini through the medium of yogic and tantric philosophy. Followed by meditation and Shaktipat Deeksha transmission.
The transmission of energy happens during the meditation session as we enter and explore deep satates of samadhi directly through the support of the initiator.
The sessions have music which opens our hearts in receptivity for the initiation, through the joyous energy of bhakti (devotion) yoga. This makes the sessions very dynamic as one is allowed to freely move the body. The power of mantra and movement taps into bliss of being.
The transmission and meditation is followed by Satsang and Q&A focusing on any topics or questions that come up in relation to the experience in meditation. This could be:
-Personal practices and other paths in comparison to Siddha yoga
-The ego mind and its mechanism as per samkhya philosophy and kashmiri shaivism- Trika tantra.
-Emotions, thought patterns, self structure, identity, karma cleansing and the art of vairagya as per vedanta (detached observation).
-Effortless Surrender, dissolution of identity, consciousness and stages of enlightenment, advaita (nonduality).
The initiation is open to anyone that feels called. No prior experience required.

– We will be sitting on the floor, so let us know if you require a chair and this will be provided.
– Wear something you can sit comfortably in.

– Optional: bring an offering for the altar (e.g. fruits, flowers, chocolate, nuts, sweets, crystals, incense).
– Optional: It’s best to come with a near to empty stomach to the event.
