SATSANG
A three day intensive exploring the science and mystery of Kundalini, its activation and sustenance for realisation of the true self.

All sessions begin with shaktipat meditations and satsang.
Kundalini Arohan (Ascension), Cleansing of the five elements (Bhuta shuddhi) and piercing through all 7 chakras (Shat chakra nirupana).

This is followed by Q&A focusing on specific topics each day.

DAY 1- Talks on fractal holographic Nature of reality, consciousness and the subconscious. Application of root lock to open brahma granthi. Clearing the lower three chakras.

DAY 2- The ego mind , Emotion & Thought patterns, self structure and identity, Karma catharsis and cleansing. Application of diaphragm lock to open vishnu granthi. Heart activation and selfless love.

DAY 3-Talks on Surrender and dissolution of identity. Experience of Samadhi, Enlightnement, Merging with the nondual, advaita. Application of jalandhara , kechari shambhavi to unlock rudra granthi.
