KUNDALINI SHAKTIPAT SATSANG

Όπως ένας σπόρος περιέχει ολόκληρο το δέντρο ως δυναμικό, η Kundalini περιέχει όλες τις γιόγκα – Hatha, Bhakti, Raja, Mantra, Laya, Jnana and Kriya και μπορεί να ενεργοποιηθεί και να ξυπνήσει μέσω της Θεϊκής Χάρης της Shakti – Pat (‘lit. ‘descent of Grace’), οπότε και όλες οι γιόγκα αρχίζουν σταδιακά να συμβαίνουν μέσα μας, αυθόρμητα και φυσικά, δίχως προσπάθεια. H Shaktipat ονομάζεται και Siddha Yoga ή Maha Yoga – η Υπέρτατη γιόγκα. Ένα άλλο όνομα της Kundalini είναι Chit – Cit, Universal Consciousness ή Κοσμική Συνείδηση. Η Υoga, είναι ταυτόγχρονα και φυσική-βιολογική και υπερβατική διαδικασία, μεταμόρφωση και μετουσίωση. Η προοπτική αλλάζει και από την αίσθηση πως είσαι άτομο που έχεις μία πνευματική εμπειρία, όλα καταρρέουν και ανατέλλει η άμεση αναγνώριση της υπερβατικής σου φύσης, που προυπάρχει κάθε εμπειρίας, επέρχεται μία φυσική σταθεροποίηση στην υπερβατική ευδαιμομονία του samadhi. Από τη διανοητική κατανόηση πως είσαι άτομο αισθανόμενο πως η Kundalini διευρύνει τη συνείδησή του, αφομειώνεται σταδιακά η καθολική κυριαρχία της διαισθητικής αντίληψης-προοπτικής, η άπειρη, δίχως διαστάσεις, αγνή Συνειδησιακή Θεϊκή Δύναμη, χωρίς όνομα και μορφή, που μπορεί όμως συγχρόνως να φαίνεται πως αλλάζει διαθέτει και υπάρχει ως άπειρες μορφές και ονόματα. ΄Ενας καθολικός εξαγνισμός, από τη συλλογική συμπαντική μνήμη και τις προηγούμενες εμπειρίες μας ως σωματοποιημένη συνείδηση και επιστροφή στην πηγή, το πρωταρχικό ‘σημείο’ της Δημιουργίας. Υoga κυριολεκτικά είναι ένωση. Αυτό που ονομάζουμε Θεό, περιέχει και είναι η μόνη Ύπαρξη πάντα, και είναι υπεράνω γένους. Η εκδήλωση του είναι ο γάμος και η εμφάνιση της αρσενικής και θηλυκής αρχής. Ο Swami Rama, χρησιμοποιούσε τον όρο Θεία Μητέρα, για να εκφράσει, να εξηγήσει, τη shakti όχι μόνο ως την εμφάνιση της δύναμης της αγνής συνείδησης αλλά πώς Είναι ήδη ο Shiva και η Shakti, μαζί.

‘Divine Mother’ has been used by Swami Rama to hold Shakti, as the manifesting power of Pure Consciousness, but also as being Shiva and Shakti Both. In Choosing a Path, Swami Rama writes: “The union of Shiva and Shakti, is called Mother Divine”. Εάν χρησιμοποιήσουμε οποιαδήποτε μέθοδο για να προσπαθήσουμε να γνωρίσουμε το Θεϊκό Φως της Επίγνωσης, έχουμε ήδη απομακρυνθεί ένα βήμα απ’αυτό. Η Υπερβατική Θεϊκή Επίγνωση Είναι η απόλυτη Θεϊκή δύναμη με την οποία λειτουργεί οποιαδήποτε μέθοδος γνώσης, και για αυτόν τον λόγο δεν μπορεί να γίνει γνωστή ως αντικείμενο της συνείδησης. Με άλλα λόγια, δεν μπορείς να ‘δεις’ την ουσιώδη φύση σου ως καθαρή επίγνωση, γιατί εξ΄ ορισμού είναι το ‘σημείο’ από το οποίο συμβαίνει η θέα.-Tantraloka, Abhinavagupta (c.950 – 1016CE was a philosopher, mystic and aesthetician from Kashmir. He was also considered an influential musician, poet, dramatist, exegete, theologian, and logician – a polymathic personality who exercised strong influences on Indian culture.

Testimonials
The whole time I felt peace and love. Throughout most of the session, I could feel “pops” or “bubbles” of energy in different parts of my body. I noticed them most on my left foot and leg, around my stomach, my throat, and on my face. I also felt really gentle kriyas most of the time. My body swaying back and forth. Mostly my head/neck. Occasionally I would lose awareness of my body, and it felt like I was pure energy. For a little while it felt like I had a solid object moving around inside of my chest and throat. Towards the end of the session some of the kriyas were a little more intense. My neck would stretch really far to one direction and just “lock” there for awhile. I haven’t experienced this before, but it wasn’t unpleasant. And for the last several minutes, my body started to fill with energy. More energy than I have ever felt before. Like my body was so saturated with it, it felt like it could explode out of me. As if my physical body was a water balloon, that had been filled with energy to the point that it was about to burst. It was a good feeling. I’m not sure if “powerful” is the right word, but it’s the only one that comes to mind. Anyways, thanks again. I feel good after the session, and know that it helped me.

Thank you for the immense hara clearing on Friday and the shaktipat today. I went through an intense re – surfacing of repetitive patterns yesterday, no wonder you told me to watch out for such patterns. Today there is a new sense of freshness and my old conditioning of doubting any inherent goodness and therefore always trying to perform in some way is giving way to something new. I guess I was a typical male, trying to overcome feelings of inadequacy with attainments. Now love is becoming a much more important priority. It is interesting that prior to your help of clearing energetic blockages, no amount of listening to teachings and goodwill could bring about this change.

Η μύηση της Shaktipat έγινε αρχικά από έναν άνθρωπο που εμπιστεύομαι κ με κάνει να αφήνομαι περισσότερο στην ενέργεια.. εσένα αγαπημένη μου Yaari. Τόσο ανοιχτή στην ενέργεια κ
τόσο υποστηρικτική …κι άλλο τόσο σ’ εμένα, πάντα πρόθυμη να ακούσει..με ενδιαφέρον κ αγάπη. Η μύηση ήταν μία πάρα πολύ δυνατή εμπειρία ..επαναπροσδιόρισα την ύπαρξη μου ..έντονο συναίσθημα με κορύφωση της ενέργειας… που στο τέλος άφησε μια γλυκιά κ χαλαρή νότα..Οι kriyas τις περισσότερες φορές είναι έντονες… λειτουργούν με ακρίβεια … απίστευτο συναίσθημα .. ακριβώς εκεί που έχεις ανάγκη ακόμη κ να μην είμαι σε διαλογισμό .. αν αφεθώ σ’ ένα “floating mode ” ( δηλαδή είμαι κάπου έξω με παρέα κ για κάποια λεπτά δεν κοιτάζω πουθενά κ δεν σκέφτομαι τίποτα, ΕΧΩ KRIYAS) τις οποίες φυσικά τις διαχειρίζομαι .. άλλα είναι πάντα εκεί με την ύπαρξη. Υπήρξε κ πρόσφατα ένα είδος kriyas που δεν μπορούσα κ τόσο, σαν τσιμπήματα, ηλεκτρισμός στο σώμα, το οποίο βέβαια ένιωσα ότι είναι αυτό κ αφέθηκα τι να πρωτοπώ για αυτή την εμπειρία ..νιώθω ευγνώμων κάθε διαλογισμός κ μια μοναδική εμπειρία πια .. και σου δίνει το motivation να διαλογίζεσαι καθημερινά κ να θες να είσαι περισσότερο σ’ αυτή την κατάσταση, και άσχετα αν δεν κάθομαι πάντα το θέλω κ το σκέφτομαι.

I visited Yaari in Athens, to attend the Shaktipat Satsang she was hosting . During that day I felt Kundalini very strongly working inside. Receiving the Shaktipat physically, at the satsang, moved a big block inside my chest and this movement is bringing balance in my feeling today.
