Η Shaktipat ή Siddha Maha Yoga ή Sahaja, είναι η μετάδοση της ενέργειας της Shakti από τo δάσκαλο Siddha για να ενεργοποιήσει – αφυπνίσει την Kundalini του αναζητητή που το επιθυμεί. H αρχαία γιόγκικη μύηση-Deeksha που αναφέρεται στις Βέδες, τις Tantras και από τους μεγάλους δασκάλους της παράδοσης του Kashimir Shaivism, οδηγεί τη συνείδηση στην απελευθέρωση της από την εσφαλμένη ταύτιση με την πρωταρχική πεποίθηση, πως είναι το σώμα-νους και στην αναγνώριση της αληθινής θεϊκής της ταυτότητας, ως ενιαία, αδιαίρετη, αγνή μη δυϊστική, αιώνια επίγνωση. Η Κundalini μπορεί να αφυπνιστεί στιγμιαία, ή σταδιακά, ενεργοποιώντας ένα προς ένα τα ενεργειακά μας κέντρα. Η ανύψωση της εκφράζεται με συνεχώς ολοένα υψηλότερους συντονισμούς συνειδησιακής κατάστασης και αλλαγής προοπτικής αλλά και βαθιές ριζικές αλλαγές σε ολόκληρο το βιολογικό μας σύστημα. Η μοναδική προοπτική της Siddha Maha Yoga είναι ότι επειδή η kundalini είναι η έμφυτη, ευφυής δύναμη μέσα μας, κατά την αφύπνιση της, θα κατευθύνει φυσικά και αυθόρμητα η ίδια την πρακτική και το διαλογισμό του αναζητητή και θα τον οδηγήσει στο άνοιγμα της Kαρδιάς που είναι και η τελική της Έδρα.
Το μόνο που απαιτείται είναι η παράδοση στην εμφάνιση της δραστηριότητας της kundalini ως Kriya Shakti. Επιπλέον, όλες οι πρακτικές των hatha, laya, mantra, bhakti και raja yoga θα εκδηλωθούν αυθόρμητα αφού τα διάφορα αυτά είδη yoga αλληλοσυνδέονται και αποτελούν εκφράσεις της πνευματικής μας εξέλιξης, στάδια του μονοπατιού, του εξαγνισμού και της απελευθέρωσης της συνείδησης, σύμφωνα πάντα με αυτό που χρειάζεται ο αναζητητής την κάθε στιγμή.
H ένταση της Shaktipat είναι ανάλογη του βαθμού ειλικρίνειας και της παράδοσης -στην shakti-, του αναζητητή. Η συμμετοχή στα Shaktipat Satsangs επιταχύνει απίστευτα τη διαδικασία και το ενεργειακό πεδίο της shaktipat sangha ενισχύει και υποστηρίζει τον αναζητητή σε κάθε του βήμα.
Επειδή όλες οι άλλες γιόγκα εκδηλώνονται φυσικά και σταδιακά, ως αποτέλεσμα της δραστηριότητας της kriyashakti μετά την αφύπνιση, χωρίς να έχει επιλέξει ή να επιβάλλει οποιαδήποτε τεχνική ο αναζητητής στον εαυτό του – οπότε και διαλύεται η αίσθηση του ‘εγώ’ και του ότι είναι ο πράττων-, ονομάζεται Maha Yoga. Και επειδή η εκδήλωση τους είναι εντελώς αυθόρμητη ονομάζεται Sahaja Yoga. Και επειδή η μύηση τελείται από ένα εδραιωμένο στην επίγνωση της kundalini δάσκαλο Siddha, που έχει ολοκληρώσει το μονοπάτι της και εκπέμπει από το πεδίο της καρδιάς τον ενεργειακό συντονισμό και την μύηση, ονομάζεται Siddha Yoga.
Η μύηση και ο διαλογισμός θα ολοκληρωθεί με Κirtan, μουσική έκφραση και χορό, αφήνοντας πάντα ανοιχτό το πεδίο για απαντήσεις σε σχετικές ερωτήσεις και ανάλογη καθοδήγηση.

The transformation from matter, or darkness, to light and “spirit” is universally acknowledged as the task of Kundalini, the Divine conscious serpent power that resides within all of us.
Kundalini life force is the energy of the cells continually re-creating themselves all of the time, in every moment, as much as we allow our body to re-create itself within the confines of our Mind and its unconscious Self Limiting Decisions.
The strength of Kundalini is what allows us to expand infinitely so that we can see the whole universe within our own Self. Then, we no longer remain a limited, bound creature; we achieve total union with Universal Consciousness.
In every culture and in every time, knowledge of Divine Power dwelling in each human being has been a closely guarded secret. Almost all religions or spiritual traditions speak of this Inner Power in some form or other. Though the names used to describe it may be different, and although the symbols used to invoke it vary somewhat from culture to culture, the divine experience of Kundalini is a Universal Truth which has been manifested in all places and at all times. Traditionally, the knowledge of Kundalini has been a closely guarded secret, revealed by the Master to only a few close and selected initiates. It tends to be spoken of in veiled symbolic language, if it is spoken of at all.
Life is the experience of the body’s way of re-awakening to the truth of itself .. of the mind remembering the source of its true essence .. and the body releasing every unconscious belief that generations of minds have placed on it. Until the past patterns of Limiting Beliefs are recognised, the power is that of Victim .. in the past ..
We are born ‘Awakened’, ‘Enlightened’ and ‘Innocent’ at one with that God that we have been taught to look outside for salvation from.
‘Kundalini’ or ‘Spiritual Emergence’ is our power of creation and re-creation. We are all born with Kundalini awakened. It is our natural state, repressed by (unconscious) learned behavioural patterns throughout life. If we (ego) can step aside and allow ‘that which will occur’, to occur of itself and not by force of will .. it will occur of its own volition and in its own time. It is already occurring. We, with our limiting beliefs, in the opinion that we know more than we are conscious of, are trying to stop it. By dwelling on the revelations and rememberings of past judgements and past Limiting Decisions and man’s Mind’s interpretations of what is ‘Spiritual’, we are re-creating ‘limited’ ..
By allowing that these revelations and rememberings are patterns being released through the flow of natural order we are allowing the ‘limitlessness’ .. It is only the ego that needs a name or needs to be named .. the ultimate self limiting deception.
Can we surrender to ourselves .. our own inner Divinity, our power of creation and re-creation .. our ‘Life-force’..
